Day Zero Project: 101 Things To Do in 1001 Days

Some of you may have heard of the Day Zero Project, and some may not have but the Day Zero project is essentially you creating a list of 101 things you want to achieve in 1001 days. The time limit is set at 1001 days instead of a year because it gives you a more realistic time frame if some of your goals involve saving up or traveling.  

I am starting this on 28th June 2013 meaning my time ends March 25th 2016

After reading about Islaay's post about her 101 things to do, I researched the project a little more and created my own list. So, without further or do I give you my 101 things to do in 1001 days. 

Blog:
  1. Reach 500 Blog Followers (Done, on bloglovin! Thank you)
  2. Blog twice a day, for a whole month
  3. Do a blog/product swap with someone in another country 
  4. Tell a friend or family about my blog 
  5. Do a share the love post every week for at least 1 month
  6. Make a blogging buddy 
  7. Blog about at least 25 of my completed goals (1/25)
  8. Expand my blog content to things like food/health/fashion/life

    Activities:
  9. Go to IMATS
  10. See an IMAX Movies 
  11. Go to a concert
  12. See a taping of a TV show 
  13. Watch a double feature 
  14. See Les Mis on stage in the West End 
  15. See Blood Brothers on stage again (Tickets books for October)
  16. Go to a midnight release of a movie at the cinema 
  17. Go to a movie premiere in London 
  18. Go to a PR event/Product launch

    Charity:
  19. Do the Race For Life
  20. Donate something to Charity
  21. Donate £5 to charity for every incomplete goal 
  22. Volunteer

    Creative:
  23. Make a customer recipe book
  24. Make a Quote or Memory jar

    Education:
  25. Join a society/club at university
  26. Graduate with a grade of degree I'm proud of

    Finance/Money:
  27.  Get a piggy bank and fill it to the brim with silver coins
  28. Complete the 100 day spending ban
  29.  Save £10 for every goal completed 
  30. Pay off my credit card, and then only use it in emergencies
  31. Buy something from Etsy or a shop that sells homemade goods

    Hair, Skin & Makeup
  32. Go to the hairdresser for the first time ever 
  33. Keep a hair colour for at least 3 months (November, December and January all "dark red brown")
  34. Buy a Naked Palette 
  35. Fully organize my makeup collection 
  36. Use up all my foundations and moisturizers before purchasing any more
  37. Wear false lashes for a whole night out 
  38. Sort out a skincare routine and stick to it
  39. Stop biting my nails 
  40. Get a tattoo
  41. Get a new piercing

    Health/Exercise:
  42.  Try Yoga (Tried it, hated it! I would rather just go for a run)
  43. Give up coffee for a month  (January 2014)
  44. Reach my goal weight 
  45. Exercise at least 2 times a week for a month
  46.  By some kind of home gym equipment
  47.  Join the gym 
  48. Give up chocolate for a month 
  49. Give up bread for a month 
  50. Complete the 30 Day Shred 
  51. Eat breakfast everyday for a month 
  52. Start a weight-loss blog/series 
  53. Do a diet plan like WW or SW
  54. Go dairy free for two weeks

    Random:
  55. Vote 
  56. Create an address/contact book 
  57. Write a bucket list 
  58. Get a passport 
  59. Make a list of places I want to visit in my life time
  60. Subscribe to a magazine 
  61. Burn a bad memory 
  62. Erase negative people from my life (Done, gone from even the darkest depths of Facebook)
  63. Get a promotion (Now a Pharmacy Assistant!)
  64. Have a New Years kiss
  65. Get out of bed without hitting the snooze button even once for a week
  66. Write a letter to a Youtuber
  67. Leave a nice note in a library book for someone to find
  68. Write a Hopeful note and leave it on the train for someone to find
  69. Tell a cashier to have a nice day 
  70. Place a bet (I bet on the Grand National in 2014)
  71. Buy a scratch card (Done, I won £2)
  72. Complete a sudoku or crossword 
  73. Watch a sunset or sunrise (Done! Not so fun at when it freezing cold by the Thames)
  74. Write To Do lists everyday for a month and complete them
  75. Dress up for Halloween
  76. Visit Another country 
  77. Face a fear

    Reading and Writing:
  78. Read Pride and Prejudice 
  79. Read Wuthering Heights 
  80. Read all the books on my Kindle
  81. Create a To Be Read list and blog about it
  82. Read Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone 
  83. Read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets 
  84. Read Harry Potter and the Prisionor or Azkaban 
  85. Read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire 
  86. Read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
  87. Read Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince 
  88. Read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 
  89. Write 3 short stories 
  90. Find and continue to write to a Pen Pal 
  91. Re-read 3 books (2 out of 3 done, TIFOS & The Host)

    Memories:
  92. Keep a "Day in 6 Words" diary for at least 3 months
  93. Keep an organizational diary for at least 6 months 
  94. Keep a journal everyday for at least a month
  95. Get a calendar and describe each day with just one word for at east 6 months   
  96. Go on a trip and document it all through photos

    Technology: 
  97. Go a day without my phone 
  98. Have a Facebook free week 
  99. Complete an Instagram 30 Day Photo Challenge 
  100. Own an iPhone
  101. Inspire someone else to write a Day Zero project list.
